Detox Water: Recipes

Ingredients:

  1. A bottle or Jar
  2. Water
  3. Two citrus fruit like lemon, lime, grapefruit and orange. (lemon mostly available in all seasons)
  4. Seasonal fruit (if available) like  strawberries, raspberries, orange, apple, apricot, water melon (one slice), lime, cucumber.
  5. Herb like mint leaves, rosemary leaves, or you can also use ginger (2/3 slices).

Recipe:

  1. Wash all fruits and herbs.
  2. Cut them in to slices.
  3. Wash the jar and put some water in it.
  4. Add all sliced fruits and 7/8 herb leaves in jar.
  5. add more water in the jar if requires.
  6. Closed the jar and put it in the refrigerator over the night.

Next morning your Detox Water is ready. you can take it with you to your office or any other place
